CREATED A NEW COMPANY
From an idea of mine I started a Start Up in the world of B2B services for the guarantee of compliance in the biological risk sector, developed up to an annual turnover of around €1 million, I sold the company which is still active and undergoing strong growth. development.
DEVELOPMENT OF A NEWLY LAUNCHED ENERGY SECTOR COMPANY
I joined a small Start Up already started by my partner for a few years, we worked in the B2B and B2C energy services sector. We have developed various projects according to the scheme, also foreseen by current legislation, of Guaranteed Results Contracts (EPC - Energy Performance Contract), we have brought the company to a turnover of over €3 million per year, we have certified the company as an ESCO, we sold the company which is still active and in the development phase.
MANAGEMENT OF FOOD PRODUCTION PLANT
With the role of Director of a tobacco sector production plant, which at the time was undergoing major restructuring, in two years we increased the production of the plant from 2 million pieces up to 8 million pieces per year.
MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
As Manager responsible for maintenance and factory services in the motorcycle manufacturing sector, I developed the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) project as part of a Lean Production company project, we improved the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of the production lines by more than 20 percentage points.
MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING MANAGER
As Director of Maintenance and Engineering of a multinational plant, we improved OEE by approximately 5 percentage points through TPM project and development of the Maintenance Information System
PROJECT MANAGER FOR TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Project manager for the development and worldwide sales of an automatic production quality control system in a multinational group, implemented the project in 7 factories in different European countries and in 2 Asian countries.
BOARDS OF DIRECTORS
Member or CEO in 3 Boards of Directors of B2B services sector, at that time in serious financial and market difficulty, we took the companies from the hypothesis of closure to complete recovery. One of the 3 companies was sold, currently still in charge of the other two companies, currently with all the positive financial and economic indicators and significantly growing.
